All Phase Landscape was founded in February of 1985 with less than 10 employees. We have grown into a company employing 100+ local people. While this growth is very exciting, it has not been our primary focus. Our main goal from day one has been to build a quality oriented, well respected company with a top-notch management team, where our employees genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. Our success has been generated by a strong commitment to work in partnership with our clients, suppliers, employees, and community.
Our employees are the life blood of our company. We spend a significant amount each year on safety equipment, training, and benefits to ensure that we provide the best in support for our workers. Furthermore, we maintain active memberships in various associations and participate in and attend many seminars and conventions to stay abreast of what is happening in the business community.
