All Phase Landscape was founded in February of 1985 with less than 10 employees and sales of less than $500,000 annually. We have grown into a company employing 165 local people at an average wage of over $10/hour and with sales of over $12 million a year. While this growth is great, it has not been our primary focus. Building a quality oriented, well respected company with a top-notch management team, where our employees genuinely enjoy coming to work every day, has been our top goal from day one. Our success has been generated by a strong commitment to work in partnership with our clients, suppliers, employees, and community.
Our employees are the life blood of our company. We spend a significant amount each year on safety equipment, training, and benefits to ensure that we provide the best in support for our workers. Associated Landscape Contractors of America has recently announced that All Phase owns the Second Place safety record among landscape contractors in the entire country for last year. Furthermore, we maintain active memberships in ALCA, ALCC, IREM, ACAI, ASA, CNA and attend many seminars and conventions to stay abreast of what is happening in the business community.
